Shipping & Returns Policy

PiazzaNet will ship your order UPS ground whenever possible.  We can also ship Red and Blue Label UPS upon customer request.  Heavier shipments and shipments too large for UPS will be shipped by motor freight. 

Shipping Time:  Many of our products may be shipped the same day you place your order.  On occasion an item may be out of stock.   Orders for custom work or out-of-stock items may take longer to ship.  If you order is time sensitive please advise us.

Returns:  Most stock items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, but must be authorized with a return authorization number.  Custom work may not be returned.  There will be a restocking fee of 15% for any returned merchandise.
