Shipping Time
Most products, when ordered by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, may be shipped the same day you place your order. On occasion an item may be out of stock and will ship as soon as possible. Orders for custom work or out-of-stock items may take longer to ship. If your order is time sensitive please advise us.
You will receive an e-mail with status updates to your order as it progresses, including tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Information
Cheap Street Signs will ship your order UPS ground whenever possible. We can also ship Red & Blue Label UPS upon customer request. Heavier and oversized shipments too large for UPS will be shipped by motor freight.
Returns
Most items may be returned within 7 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number if you should need to return something. Certain merchandise and custom work may not be returned. There will be a restocking fee of 25% for any returned merchandize. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returned merchandise must be received in new condition and carefully packaged in the original shipping boxes.

CheapStreetSigns.com and PiazzaNet disclaims any and all liability (excluding liability for our Product Warranty contained in our Terms and Conditions) for any sign selected by a customer and shall not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of signs purchased from it, or for the independent interpretation made of any applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations, any worksite specific rules or regulations, and/or any applicable safety standards (including, without limitation, ANSI and/or OSHA standards). Customer shall indemnify and hold CheapStreetSigns.com and its corporate parent and its officers, directors and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, loss or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to the purchase and use by customer or any third party of any sign purchased by customer from CheapStreetSigns.com.
